At BonFX, we have a new and exciting graphic design article and book publishing model. Our new model bases potential new books on successful articles. Using this method, we have the book concept validated by the popularity of its related article, along with a ready made audience who has already demonstrated interest in the topic by visiting BonFX. We take care of SEO and run interest polls on popular articles to further validate interest in a topic, and from there, develop an expanded book concept with the article author. For that reason, topics that are expandable into a full-size publication work best, and “one-off” types of articles, like lists or narrowly-focused “how to’s”, don’t work well in this model. However, these types of articles may by successful traffic generating articles in and of themselves. From the same successful article page, we build a mailing list for the book, and update the page as necessary with forthcoming publication updates. We develop hard and softcover versions for worldwide distribution through Amazon and IngramSpark. Author royalties are also unparalleled: 50% (after production costs). Therefore, we are actively seeking submissions for content to publish on BonFX so that together with our authors, we can discover relevant books to begin working on.We are primarily interested in articles on:
