Agile Development

• Agile Development is a methodology for software development that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, customer satisfaction, and rapid delivery that demonstrates value as early in the process as possible.
• It involves regular reflection and adjustment in response to changes and customer feedback through the design and development processes.
• This approach allows for a more flexible and adaptive development process as opposed to traditional “waterfall” approaches that make dealing with changes much harder.
